A rich, gooey slow cooker chocolate lava cake that bakes itself — soft cake on top, molten chocolate below. Just mix, pour, and let the slow cooker do the work!

Ingredients
Oil/Oil Spray to grease Slow Cooker
1 box chocolate cake mix
1 cup of milk
1/2 cup of vegetable oil
3 eggs
1 box (4-serving size) chocolate instant pudding and pie filling mix
2 cups milk chocolate chips
Icing sugar
Vanilla Ice cream
Raspberries
1 Scoop of Ice cream
Method
STEP 1
Mix together the cake ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
STEP 2
Prepare the pudding according to the package instructions.
STEP 3
Spray the slow cooker dish with cooking oil spray.
STEP 4
Pour the cake batter into the slow cooker.
STEP 5
Drop spoonfuls of pudding on top of the batter — do not stir in.
STEP 6
Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over the top - covering most of it.
STEP 7
Cover and cook on high for 3 hours.
STEP 8
Top with light dusting of icing sugar and serve with ice cream and raspberries.
