Standard Delivery
Orders under £50: £3.99. Orders over £50: free standard delivery.
Delivery typically takes 2-3 working days after dispatch (excluding weekends & Bank Holidays).
Dispatch is usually same day for orders placed before 2:00pm, Monday to Thursday. Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday, over the weekend, or on a Bank Holiday will be dispatched on the next working day.
Next-Day Delivery(if selected at checkout)
Cost: £4.99 flat (unless special item).
Orders placed before 2:00pm Monday-Thursday will arrive the next working day.
If you order before 2pm on Friday, your package will be delivered on Monday. Orders after 2pm on Friday, or over the weekend, will arrive on Tuesday.
On UK Bank Holidays, Next Day delivery may take up to two working days.
Special Item Deliveries
Bulky or large items (e.g. BBQs, large appliances) are excluded from Next Day delivery. We will contact you to arrange a delivery slot.
Knife sets and other sharp or high-value items may require a signature on delivery.
Delivery Hours & Signature
Deliveries are made between 8:00am – 10:00pm (in most areas).
If you’re not home, the driver may leave a calling card with instructions for re-delivery or collection.
You may include special delivery instructions at checkout (e.g. “Leave with neighbour”, “Safe place”). However, Swan & our carriers are not liable for loss or theft if specific instructions are left and followed.
Tracking & Dispatch
Once your order is dispatched, we’ll send you an email with a tracking number and link to our courier’s site so you can follow the parcel’s progress.
Dispatch usually occurs within 1 working day after order processing, subject to stock availability and payment verification.
Exceptions & Delays
Estimated delivery times exclude weekends and Bank Holidays.
Severe weather, courier issues, or high demand (e.g. sales or holiday seasons) may cause delays. We’ll always aim to keep you updated.
Shipping Outside the UK
At the moment, we only ship to UK addresses.
Unwanted Items
If you change your mind about a product, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.
Please note: all unwanted items will incur a £6.00 return charge, which will be deducted from your refund.
Knives & Sharp Products
Due to safety and courier restrictions, customers are responsible for covering the full cost of return postage for knife sets and other sharp items. These cannot be returned free of charge.
How to Return
Returns must be made in original packaging and in a resaleable condition.
To arrange a return, please contact our customer service team who will provide you with instructions.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your product arrives damaged or faulty, we will cover the return costs in full and arrange either a replacement or a refund.
