A smooth, nutty iced latte made with pistachio crème, espresso, and chilled milk — poured over ice and topped with whipped cream and crushed pistachios.

Ingredients
2 teaspoons (about 20g) Pistachio Crème
1 shot espresso
180–200ml milk
Ice cubes (about a glassful)
Whipped cream (optional)
Crushed pistachios (for topping)
Method
STEP 1
Spread a teaspoon of Pistachio Crème around the inside of your glass for an extra boost of flavour.
STEP 2
Brew one shot of espresso.
STEP 3
Mix 200ml of milk with a teaspoon of Pistachio Crème until smooth and well combined.
STEP 4
Fill your glass with ice, then pour in the milk mixture followed by the espresso. Stir gently to combine.
STEP 5
Finish with a drizzle of melted Pistachio Crème and a sprinkle of crushed pistachios on top. Add whipped cream if desired.
