Biscoff Iced Latte

A sweet, creamy iced latte made with Biscoff spread, espresso, and milk — poured over ice and finished with whipped cream and crushed biscuits.

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons (about 20g) Biscoff spread
  • 1 shot espresso
  • 180–200ml milk
  • Ice cubes (about a glassful)
  • Whipped cream (optional)
  • Crushed Biscoff biscuits (for topping)

Method

STEP 1

Spread a teaspoon of Biscoff spread around the inside of your glass for an extra boost of flavour.

STEP 2

Brew one shot of espresso.

STEP 3

Mix 200ml of milk with a teaspoon of Biscoff spread until smooth and well combined.

STEP 4

Fill your glass with ice, then pour in the milk mixture followed by the espresso. Stir gently to combine.

STEP 5

Finish with a drizzle of melted Biscoff and a sprinkle of crushed biscuits on top. Add whipped cream if you like.
