Salted Caramel Brownie S'mores

Gooey brownie, golden marshmallow, and rich salted caramel — these S’mores take indulgence to the next level. Melt-in-the-middle goodness that’s impossible to resist.

Ingredients

  • 150g digestive or plain biscuits, crushed
  • 160g butter, melted
  • 1 box chocolate brownie mix
  • 2 eggs
  • Marshmallows (White Marshmallows only)
  • Salted Caramel sauce to drizzle
  • Pretzels for topping
  • 200g of noodles
  • 2 tbsp Chilli Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds

Method

STEP 1

Preheat your oven to 160°C fan and grease the non-stick fry pan.

STEP 2

In a large bowl combine digestive biscuits and 60g of butter. Mix until well combined, then press into the bottom of the fry pan.

STEP 3

3. Prepare the brownie mix according to the package instructions with the eggs, remaining butter and a tablespoon of water if required. Mix together in Stand mixer if needed/easier. Pour over the biscuit base and place in the oven to bake for 30 minutes until baked.

STEP 4

Remove from the oven and change to grill setting.

STEP 5

Arrange marshmallows over the brownie, then return to the oven for a further 5 minutes or until the marshmallows have toasted. Serve with caramel drizzle and crushed pretzel top.
