Item ordered 2nd July, now 19th July and item still not dispatched never mind delivered. Bit of a joke really when you head office is only 38 miles for the location for delivery. It's only a simple spare part being delivered, not the best advert to be for a business.

Very good service however there wasn't a stainless steel tube that goes over the steam wand which is what I really needed

Delivery costs

• Orders under £50

• Express (aim: within 48 hours, Mon–Fri)
  Order by 12pm for delivery within 48 hours. Orders placed at weekends dispatch on Monday.
  Note: Not guaranteed. Larger or multi-item orders may take longer.

• Exclusions & notes

  • Large/bulky appliances: we’ll contact you to arrange a convenient delivery slot.

  • Spares & accessories (e.g., filters): sent via Royal Mail; tracking and delivery method may differ.

Address restrictions

We’re unable to deliver to business addresses for certain shipments. Orders placed with a business address may be cancelled and refunded.

Knife block deliveries (age-restricted)

For safety and legal compliance:

• An adult (18+) must receive and sign for delivery.

• If the recipient appears under 25, valid photo ID is required (Challenge 25).
  Accepted ID: Passport, Driver’s Licence, CitizenCard.

• If no valid ID is shown, our courier will attempt delivery up to three times. After that, the item is returned and you’ll receive a full refund.

• Knife blocks must be delivered to the address on the order. They can’t be left in a safe place or with a neighbour. Another adult (18+) at the same address may sign.

*We can not guarentee next day delivery and will update you on any potential delays.
