Swan Delivery Information

We aim to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible. Below you’ll find our delivery options, costs, and what to expect after you place an order.

Delivery costs

• Orders under £60

  • Standard (2–4 working days): £4.99

  • Next Day* (order before 2pm): £5.99

• Orders £60+

  • Free Standard Delivery to UK Mainland

UK Mainland

• Express (aim: within 48 hours, Mon–Fri)
  Order by 12pm for delivery within 48 hours. Orders placed at weekends dispatch on Monday.
  Note: Not guaranteed. Larger or multi-item orders may take longer.

• Exclusions & notes

  • Large/bulky appliances: we’ll contact you to arrange a convenient delivery slot.

  • Spares & accessories (e.g., filters): sent via Royal Mail; tracking and delivery method may differ.

Highlands, Islands & Republic of Ireland

Delivery charges vary by size, weight and destination. Please contact us before ordering for a quote and estimated delivery time.
Note: Additional transit time may apply. Duties/taxes may be payable for ROI.

Address restrictions

We’re unable to deliver to business addresses for certain shipments. Orders placed with a business address may be cancelled and refunded.

Dispatch & notifications

We’ll email you when your order is dispatched, including tracking where available. If your order is delayed or cancelled, we’ll notify you.

Knife block deliveries (age-restricted)

For safety and legal compliance:

• An adult (18+) must receive and sign for delivery.

• If the recipient appears under 25, valid photo ID is required (Challenge 25).
  Accepted ID: Passport, Driver’s Licence, CitizenCard.

• If no valid ID is shown, our courier will attempt delivery up to three times. After that, the item is returned and you’ll receive a full refund.

• Knife blocks must be delivered to the address on the order. They can’t be left in a safe place or with a neighbour. Another adult (18+) at the same address may sign.
