We’re unable to deliver to business addresses for certain shipments. Orders placed with a business address may be cancelled and refunded.

Knife block deliveries (age-restricted)

For safety and legal compliance:

An adult (18+) must receive and sign for delivery.
If the recipient appears under 25, valid photo ID is required (Challenge 25).
Accepted ID: Passport, Driver’s Licence, CitizenCard.
If no valid ID is shown, our courier will attempt delivery up to three times. After that, the item is returned and you’ll receive a full refund.
Knife blocks must be delivered to the address on the order. They can’t be left in a safe place or with a neighbour. Another adult (18+) at the same address may sign.
