Sales Co ordinator

We are a world-renowned British Electrical and Homeware Brand looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic and fast paced environment to join our friendly team.

We have an exciting opportunity available to join our Sales team in Stoke on Trent on a full time, permanent basis as a Sales Co ordinator within our B2B sales department. The successful candidate will be highly commercial with strong analytical ability. You will have a minimum of 1 year’s sales admin experience in a B2B setting, preferably within a similar industry.

  • Processing daily and weekly sales orders and liaising with the warehouse team to ensure goods leave OTIF
  • Monitoring forecasts and work with our stock team to ensure a regular supply of goods to the customer
  • Monitoring lost opportunities
  • Be the first point of contact for the accounts
  • Manage product setups through the full journey ensuring correct product specification and costs are implemented
  • Process backorders and manage all facets of sales admin
  • Provide assistance and support to our sales team, reps and agents
  • Be highly numerate and possess good analytical skills
  • Have problem solving skills with a solution based mind set and unafraid to take initiative
  • To be self-motivated
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • To be able to work well under pressure & prioritise workloads within timescales
  • To be a team player
  • PC literate with and excellent knowledge of spreadsheets
  • Knowledge of Navision would be an advantage
