Stunning bacon grill recipe

Ingredients
- 12 lean bacon rashers
- 6 jalapenos
- 60ml mashed potatoes
- 60ml cream cheese
- Black pepper
- Salt

Method
STEP 1
Wash the jalapenos. Make a deep slit in the middle of the jalapenos. Remove the seeds.
STEP 2
In a bowl, add mashed potatoes, cream cheese, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
STEP 3
Fill the potato and cream cheese mixture inside the jalapeno pockets.
STEP 4
Wrap each jalapeno with two bacon rashers so that they are entirely hidden in the bacon. Secure the bacon with either kitchen twine or a toothpick.
STEP 5
Place a grill pan on heat. You can also use an outdoor grill.
STEP 6
Place the bacon-wrapped jalapeno on it and cook for 2 to 3 minutes on each side until the bacon gets a golden colour and is cooked through.
STEP 7
Serve alongside your favourite dip. You can wrap the bacon to chicken or fish tenders as well and grill it.
