Italian burrata crostinis

Ingredients

  • Tomatoes (mixture of cherry & normal)
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 Garlic bulb (roasted)
  • 1 Sourdough loaf (3 slices)
  • Burrata (285g)
  • Fresh basil
  • Salt and pepper

Cook Time

15-17 Minutes

Method

STEP 1

Remove top of garlic bulb

STEP 2

On tin foil, add salt and extra virgin olive oil then into the airfryer

STEP 3

Airfry for 15 minutes at 200 degrees

STEP 4

Slice variety of tomatos & top with salt and oil

STEP 5

Add tomatoes to the same tray as the garlic

STEP 6

Airfry for 15 another minutes at 200 degrees

STEP 7

Drizzle sourdough with oil and airfry for 5 minutes until crispy

STEP 8

Top sourdough with garlic, buratta and tomatoes
