Healthy Grilled Salmon Patties

Ingredients
- 1 can pink salmon
- 2 eggs
- 1 chopped onion
- 58 grams cracker crumbs (low-fat)
- 31 grams flour
- 1 teaspoon salt (and freshly ground pepper)
Method
STEP 1
Flake salmon with a fork. Whip eggs and add to salmon. Stir in crumbs, flour, onion and salt and mix well.
STEP 2
Form into even burgers. Spray each side of patty with non-stick cooking spray and place on your Swan Stealth Smart Grill. Cook until browned on each side, then enjoy! These go lovely with a fresh summer salad.
