Grilled Fish and Chips With Mushy Peas

Ingredients

  • 2 cod fillets
  • 200g frozen chips
  • 2 tbsp. mushy peas
  • 2 tbsp. tartar sauce
  • 1 lemon

Method

STEP 1

Prepare the grill by setting it to a medium-heat setting.

STEP 2

For 10 minutes, cook the frozen chips on the grill.

STEP 3

Once done, move these over to one side and add the cod fillets to the grill.

STEP 4

After around 5-7 minutes, when both the chips and fish are piping hot and cooked thoroughly, remove these from the grill and onto a plate.

STEP 5

Grab your lemon and slice it in half. Place this onto the grill until slightly charred.

STEP 6

Add this onto the plate and enjoy! Why not try with a little tartar sauce or mushy peas?
