
Easy Air Fryer Beef Kabobs
These Airfryer Beef Skewers are a flavour bomb! Tender chunks of beef and colourful veggies are glazed in a sticky soy and honey sauce, then air-fried to perfection. The result? A sweet and salty bite with a delicious char—ready in minutes and perfect for weeknight dinners or party platters.

Ingredients
- Marinade:
- 2-1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- salt & pepper
- Other:
- 500g cubed meat
- 2 bell peppers
- 1 onion
- 16 mushrooms
Method
STEP 1
Combine all of the marinade ingredients into a bow
STEP 2
Add the cubes of beef into the same bowl and coat the meat in the marinade
STEP 3
Leave the meat to marinade for 24 hours, or for as long as you're able
STEP 4
Chop the peppers, onion and mushrooms into a good shape to add to skewers
STEP 5
Skewer the meat and vegetables
STEP 6
Air fry at 185 degrees for 8-10 minutes
