Ingredients
- 60g of oats
- 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
- 1st of baking powder
- 20g of honey
- 100g of Greek yoghurt
- 1 egg
- 80g of frozen berries
Method
STEP 1
Combine all of the ingredients into a mixing bowl
STEP 2
Transfer into an air fryer safe container
STEP 3
Air fry on 160 degrees for 15 minutes
STEP 4
Optional: adding any toppings or sauces and servce
