Air Fryer Bacon and Cheese Turnovers

Ingredients
- Puff pastry sheet
- 6 Smoked bacon Slices
- 50g cheddar and mozzarella - 50g cream cheese
- One medium egg
Method
STEP 1
Whisk your egg in a small bowl.
STEP 2
Combine the cream cheese and grated cheese. Add a pinch of black pepper.
STEP 3
Lay out your puff pastry sheet. Cut this into 6 pieces.
STEP 4
Spread the cheese mix equally in the middle of each piece.
STEP 5
Add one uncooked bacon slice to each piece of pastry on top of the cheese mix.
STEP 6
Add a sprinkle of grated cheddar cheese. Fold the pastry over.
STEP 7
Brush with the beaten egg.
STEP 8
Air fry at 180C for 10 minutes. Top with oregano Serve with a sauce of your choice (ketchup)
