Biscoff Rocky Road

- Butter
- Biscoff Spread
- Biscoff Biscuits
- Mini Marshmallows
Method
STEP 1
Break up the chocolate into individual pieces, and place into a bowl
STEP 2
Add the butter to the melted chocolate and melt it
STEP 3
Add the biscoff spread
STEP 4
Break up the biscoff biscuits into bits and add the butter & spread
STEP 5
Add the marshmallow's to the mixture
STEP 6
Once combined, place the mixture into a tray and top with extra intact biscoff biscuits
STEP 7
Refrigerate for 4/6 hours
