Ingredients
- 300g cod, skinless and boneless
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 40g capers
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 25g butter
- 120g green beans
- Foil
- Optional: Chips
Method
STEP 1
Over tin foil, place the fish and add crushed garlic, capers, salt and pepper, lemon butter and green beans
STEP 2
Wrap the contents in the tin foil.
STEP 3
Air fryer for 15 minutes at 190 degrees.
