To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.
How do I return?
- Enter your order number and email address used to place the order in the fields above and click Start
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved
What items are returnable?
You can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.
- Faulty items less than 30 days of receipt
- Items damaged on delivery
If you have changed your mind you can return your order within 30days however,
- They must be as new and unused
- In the original packaging
Free gifts or promotional items must be returned if applicable
Are there any charges for a return?
- Whilst we want you to be happy with your Swan product, we understand sometimes you may change your mind. If you wish to return your order, we will provide you with a prepaid Collect+ return label
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Should you return an item that we deem as unsaleable at its original value we do reserve the right to withhold up to 50% of the original item value.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 10 working days.
As with all refunds, we aim to process them as quickly as possible. However, payment and refund times are dictated by your payment provider.
