Ingredients


	60g dried rigatoni pasta
	250g beef mince
	1 large onion, chopped
	4 garlic cloves, chopped
	350ml tomato passata
	1 tbsp tomato pur&eacute;e
	60ml single cream
	2 cups hot vegetable stock
	1&frac12; tsp Italian seasoning
	&frac12; tsp chilli flakes
	30g grated parmesan
	1&frac12; tbsp extra virgin olive oil
	Chopped fresh parsley
	Salt and pepper




Method


STEP 1

Heat the olive oil in a pan and brown the beef mince with the chopped onion.

STEP 2

Add the garlic, tomato passata, tomato pur&eacute;e, single cream, Italian seasoning and chilli flakes.

STEP 3

Cook on high for 2 hours.

STEP 4

Add the hot vegetable stock and dried rigatoni to the slow cooker and stir to combine.

STEP 5

Continue cooking on high until the pasta is cooked through and the sauce has thickened.

STEP 6

Serve topped with grated parmesan and fresh parsley.

Method


STEP 1

Cut heart shapes out of the puff pastry.

STEP 2

Neatly spread a small amount of Nutella onto half of the pastry hearts.

STEP 3

Add small pieces of strawberry and banana, then top with another heart-shaped pastry piece.

STEP 4

Seal the edges with a fork and brush the tops with egg wash.

STEP 5

Air fry at 180&deg;C for 10&ndash;12 minutes, until the pastry is golden brown.

STEP 6

Dust with icing sugar and finish with fresh fruit before serving.

	Weetabix
	Milk (small amount, to soften)
	White hazelnut spread
	Kinder Bueno (crushed and small pieces)
	Lotus Biscoff spread
	Biscoff biscuits
	Chocolate (milk or dark)
	Pistachio cr&egrave;me
	Chopped pistachios




Method


STEP 1

Lightly soak each Weetabix with a small amount of milk, pressing gently so it softens but keeps its shape.

STEP 2

For the white hazelnut and Kinder Bueno bar, spread white hazelnut spread over the Weetabix, sprinkle with crushed Kinder Bueno and add a small piece on top for extra texture.

STEP 3

For the Biscoff bar, spread Lotus Biscoff evenly over the Weetabix and gently press a whole Biscoff biscuit into the top.

STEP 4

For the chocolate pistachio bar, melt the chocolate and spread it over the Weetabix.

STEP 5

Place all the Weetabix bars in the fridge and chill for 2 hours, or until fully set and firm.

Melt the chocolate over a heatproof bowl set above a saucepan of gently simmering water.

Place chocolate orange pieces evenly across the top, roughly one per slice.

Add one pre-cooked pig in blanket to each Yorkshire pudding.

STEP 4

Drizzle lightly with honey, using a thin layer and not too much.

STEP 5

Air fry at 180&deg;C for 8 minutes, until the Yorkshire puddings are golden and the cheese is melted and gooey.

STEP 6

Finish with small rosemary sprigs and a light seasoning of black pepper, then serve immediately.

Air fry at 190&deg;C for 12 minutes, until the bacon is crisp and the carrots are glazed and golden.

Remove from the air fryer and garnish with mixed herbs, chopped chestnuts and rosemary twigs.

Method


STEP 1

Add Lindt milk chocolate squares to the base of an air fryer-safe dish.

STEP 2

Place large marshmallows on top of the chocolate, covering the surface completely.

STEP 3

Air fry at 160&ndash;170&deg;C for 3&ndash;5 minutes, until the marshmallows are puffed and the chocolate is melted.

STEP 4

Carefully remove and allow to cool slightly.

STEP 5

Sprinkle with a little cinnamon and/or crushed gingerbread biscuits if desired.

STEP 6

Serve with gingerbread biscuits and fruit on the side for dipping, similar to the reference video.

Method


STEP 1

Add 1&ndash;2 tsp of vanilla syrup and 1/2 tsp of ground cinnamon to a glass.

STEP 2

Brew a shot of espresso directly into the glass.

STEP 3

Heat and froth 200ml of milk, then combine with the espresso mixture.

STEP 4

Lightly dust the top with additional ground cinnamon.

STEP 5

Garnish with a cinnamon stick to finish.

Ingredients


	Oil/Oil Spray to grease Slow Cooker
	1 box chocolate cake mix
	1 cup of milk
	1/2 cup of vegetable oil
	3 eggs
	1 box (4-serving size) chocolate instant pudding and pie filling mix
	2 cups milk chocolate chips
	Icing sugar
	Vanilla Ice cream
	Raspberries
	1 Scoop of Ice cream




Method


STEP 1

Mix together the cake ingredients in a bowl and set aside.

STEP 2

Prepare the pudding according to the package instructions.

STEP 3

Spray the slow cooker dish with cooking oil spray.

STEP 4

Pour the cake batter into the slow cooker.

STEP 5

Drop spoonfuls of pudding on top of the batter &mdash; do not stir in.

STEP 6

Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over the top - covering most of it.

STEP 7

Cover and cook on high for 3 hours.

STEP 8

Top with light dusting of icing sugar and serve with ice cream and raspberries.
