Swanbranduk is Not endorsed or sponsored/ associated by Instagram, Facebook or Twitter.

18+ and UK entries only. All giveaways are chosen at random using a giveaway selector.

Start and end date will be specified in post terms.

All Giveaways are exempt from employees at @swanbranduk

Winner Terms:

The winner will be announced the next working day on our instagram stories, and messaged directly.

Winner will be contacted directly through Instagram @swanbranduk.

We will not contact you through other means. Please be cautious of fake accounts. Please do not respond to them and report them.

We reserve the right to obtain proof of age and to refuse entry or to choose another winner if such proof, where requested, has not been given.

Entries after the prize draw date will not be valid.

If every effort is made to contact winner, after 72 hours the runner up may receive the first prize.

The prize cannot be transferred to another person.

Prize Terms:

Prize shown in giveaway only unless stated otherwise in the post terms.

The prizes included will be clearly stated in the posts.

Colour can be chosen subject to availability if stated in post terms.

Prizes can take up to 30 days to arrive. If after the 30-day period the winner has not received their prize, they may choose another item of the same value.

Prize needs to be claimed within 3 working days.

The prize cannot be transferred to another person.

Returns/ Replacement Terms:

Winner must contact @swanbranduk via Instagram to notify of this.

  • 0 - 30 days you can claim a full replacement if arrived faulty or damaged or becomes damaged.
  • 30 days - six months you must give the retailer one opportunity to repair or replace it before you can claim a refund
  • Six months or more you must give the retailer one opportunity to repair or replace it before you can claim a partial refund, and the burden of proof is on you to prove the product is faulty

Refrigeration:

Fridges cannot be delivered to Ireland. Please note refrigeration giveaways are limited to subject to location. Terms stated in the post.
